About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be a vital part of our effort to protect the livelihoods and futures of our customers. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others, team-oriented, and highly motivated. You will project a positive image of Farm Bureau by providing exceptional first-call resolution service to our agents and customers from our inbound contact center.
Your day-to-day involves delivering professional responses to inquiries regarding billing assistance, policy service, and system support. Maintaining productive relationships with our agency force, customers, and internal departments is imperative to ensure the aims and objectives of Farm Bureau are achieved. You will focus on the relationship at each interaction to provide a standard of service that results in a consistent, positive experience.
