About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your mission is to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and the active promotion of loyalty programs. You will lead by example, engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will create a positive internal and external customer experience by training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer journey. Your day-to-day involves assigning registers, coordinating breaks, and addressing customer concerns promptly. You will also partner with management on training needs, ensure adherence to labor laws and safety awareness, and support store shrink reduction goals. This position requires a strong understanding of merchandising techniques and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting.
