About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your primary focus is ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and driving the promotion of loyalty programs. You will lead by example, engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

This role is designed for someone who takes an active part in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles. You will coach the team on personalizing the customer experience, assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks. Additionally, you will address customer concerns promptly, ensure tasks align with the store plan, and partner with management on training needs. A key part of your day involves fostering a culture of honesty and integrity while supporting store goals for shrink reduction and safety.
