About the Role
We are seeking experienced Court Reporters to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will visit client sites within your local area to create accurate records of proceedings using specialized equipment. Your work will take place in various settings, including legal courts, non-profit board rooms, and depositions.
This position offers significant flexibility, accommodating candidates who can work anywhere from a few jobs a month to 2-3 per week. You will represent Neal R. Gross & Co. professionally while interacting with high-level clients across government and private industry. A day in the life involves capturing verbatim proceedings via Machine Shorthand, Voice, or Digital capture, administering oaths, and managing the technical setup and security of exhibits and files.
