Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm dedicated to delivering value across the built environment. Our dynamic team drives innovation and efficiency in complex construction and energy projects, ensuring stakeholders have the data-driven insights needed to make critical decisions.
As a Cost Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to internal teams and stakeholders, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence. This role exists to transform how project management and decision-making are executed for high-value initiatives, specifically within the Energy and Midstream sectors.
In this position, you will focus on the $1.2 billion NGL Pipeline project. You will not only analyze cost trends and forecast growth but also mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements through automation. A key part of your mission is to ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and SOX control adherence, while also enhancing user experience by developing FAQ repositories and supporting chatbot functionality.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to work on-site in our Houston office at 1300 Main Street for 40 hours per week. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience migrating data into custom reporting tools.
