About the Role

We are currently seeking Home Health Aides (CNA) to join our growing home care team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and assist residents with daily living activities. Your day will involve supporting residents through routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet walking, and closet organization. You will also escort residents to appointments and social events, promoting their psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.

This position is ideal for those who want to make a direct impact on the lives of residents while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. You will follow standard Infection Control & Prevention practices and maintain open communication with the office and nursing staff regarding any changes in a resident's condition.

Hiring Process
