About the Role
We are currently seeking Home Health Aides (CNA) to join our growing home care team. In this role, you will provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their physical and psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
Your day-to-day impact includes performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet walking and feeding, closet organization, and kitchen chores. You will also escort residents to appointments and social activities within the community. As a caregiver, you play a vital role in monitoring resident health by notifying the office or nurse of any changes in condition and executing standard Infection Control & Prevention practices.
This position is specifically for PRN (as needed) CNAs. The schedule requires one weekday shift per month (Monday–Friday) and two weekend shifts per month (Saturday and Sunday within the same weekend period). This arrangement offers flexibility to meet your personal and professional goals while contributing to a vibrant community.
