Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. Your primary mission is to provide person-centered care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. You will be the vital link in addressing the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our community.
In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines. Your work goes beyond clinical tasks; you will provide a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging while working closely with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner. Whether assisting with resident activities or programs, you will help create an environment where residents can live better lives.
Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable and take precedence over the general requirements outlined in this description. Candidates must hold a current CNA certification for the state in which they are working and be at least 18 years of age.
