About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. Your role is centered on providing person-centered care that ensures we meet every resident's unique needs. You will partner with the clinical team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines.
In this position, you will provide a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging while assisting with activities of daily living and resident programs. We offer a culture of growth, with opportunities to expand your skills through our online learning library, certification reimbursement, and an onsite Certified Medication Tech program. Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold a current CNA certification for the state in which they are working. While one year of CNA experience and current CPR certification are preferred, we welcome applicants who meet the core requirements.
