About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning approximately $1,565 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM.
We understand that finding the right partner is crucial for team success. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find a compatible teammate. You are also encouraged to bring a family member or friend on board; we offer a sponsorship program to assist with this transition. Whether you are a solo driver or part of a team, you will have the flexibility to choose home time that works for your lifestyle.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey. Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles, ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM depending on the route and experience level. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
