About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and support residents in our senior living community. In this role, you will be the eyes and hands of our nursing staff, providing essential hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Beyond physical care, you will play a vital part in monitoring vital signs, tracking intake and output, and promptly reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team.
As a member of our resident-focused team, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment by strictly adhering to infection control standards and safety protocols. You will engage residents with respectful communication, offering companionship and reassurance while assisting with meals and monitoring nutrition. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, eager to build meaningful relationships with residents, nurses, and care partners while growing their skills through ongoing training and development.
