About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Wellness Department. In this role, you will develop an awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence. You will help create a safe environment in which to provide care, engaging in our philosophy for "Person-Directed Care."
Your day-to-day impact involves providing effective and courteous service to residents, family members, guests, and team members. You will encourage resident autonomy in decision-making, identify their needs and preferences, and work collaboratively to ensure they have the necessary supplies and resources to pursue their interests. By being proactive in organizing care and alerting the Interdisciplinary Team to needed changes, you will play a vital part in helping our team members and residents realize their full human potential.
Hiring Process
Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, a physical abilities test, and a Department of Justice Criminal background clearance.
