Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. Our CMAs provide person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs, focusing on their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being. You will implement personal care plans that highlight residents' strengths, preferences, and routines, fostering a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. Working closely with the clinical team, you will ensure that resident needs are addressed in a timely manner while administering medication and assisting with activities and programs.
