About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this person-centered role, you will ensure we meet all of our residents' needs by assisting with their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being.
Your day will involve implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines, providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. You will work closely with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner, administer medications, and assist with activities and programs. This role is vital to maintaining the vibrant lifestyle and health services that define the Charlestown experience.

Requirements
