Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this person-centered role, you will ensure we meet all of our residents' needs by supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical well-being. Your day will involve assisting residents with activities of daily living, implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths and preferences, and providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely and administer medications according to care plans.
