About the Role

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this role, you will provide person-centered care that addresses the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Your work will focus on implementing personal care plans that highlight residents' strengths, preferences, and routines, fostering a deep sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

You will be an integral part of the clinical team, working collaboratively to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner. From assisting with activities of daily living to administering medication, your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.
