About the Role

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. In this role, you will provide person-centered care that addresses the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our community. Your work is essential in implementing personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines, fostering a deep sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner, assisting with activities and programs while administering medication. Whether working part-time days, part-time evenings, or every other weekend, you will play a vital role in maintaining the vibrant lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
