Our Employee Health and Well-Being Center is designed to support our greatest asset: our employees. We offer onsite medical centers providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion that builds on our core values, vision, and mission.
This position serves as the clinical and administrative backbone for our Employee Health and Well-Being Center. You will provide essential support to the employee health clinician, performing delegated medical assistant tasks under the supervision of the EHWC Site Nurse Practitioner or the Practice Administrator.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our staff, managing front desk operations, scheduling, and accurate data entry within our electronic health records. Your day will involve preparing employees for examinations by recording vital signs and assisting with patient prep, while also performing clinical procedures such as blood draws, vaccinations, and EKGs. You will ensure the accuracy of registration, insurance verification, and coding, and maintain strict lab compliance by documenting all required quality assurance measures. Additionally, you will prepare utilization and satisfaction reports for program leadership, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
