About the Role
As a Certified Caregiver, you will actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your mission is to develop a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation. You will provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, all within a safe environment designed to support resident well-being.
Schedules
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability:
- NOC On Call: Requires overnight availability during the week and weekends.
- Day/Evening/NOC: Requires open availability throughout the week and weekends.
