OTR Company Driver Overview
This role offers a consistent Over-The-Road (OTR) schedule designed for stability and earnings. Drivers typically run three weeks out with three days at home to recharge before the next run. The freight is 100% no-touch, allowing you to stay focused on the road rather than loading or unloading cargo.
You will operate modern equipment, driving trucks that are less than three years old and equipped with amenities like APUs, inverters, and refrigerators for comfort and efficiency. The position is designed to provide strong annual earnings with competitive base CPM rates and scheduled annual pay raises.
