Central Oregon Truck Company was built by flatbed drivers—and it's still run by flatbed drivers today. Since 1992, COTC has focused exclusively on flatbed freight, building a reputation for strong pay, safe operations, and drivers who know their craft. Now, we're hiring in your local area!
That focus shows. COTC consistently earns top CSA scores, keeps freight moving, and has been named one of the Best Fleets to Drive For® for eleven years running. If you're an experienced OTR driver ready to step into flatbed—or a flatbed pro looking for a company that does it right—COTC delivers.
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive late-model Kenworth T680 manual 10-speeds while earning top-tier pay with real guarantees. The role is designed for drivers who value consistency, offering loyalty pay that starts immediately and rewards commitment rather than just miles. You will run OTR with home time every two weeks, totaling five days per month, giving you real time to recharge.
No flatbed experience? No problem. Experienced OTR drivers can learn flatbed at orientation with hands-on support. The company ensures you start with confidence through paid orientation, where you earn $1,250 from the very beginning.
There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Once you apply, you will participate in a paid orientation designed to get you started safely and confidently.
Central Oregon Truck Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
