OTR Company Driver Overview
As an Over-The-Road (OTR) Company Driver, you will run consistent miles on 100% no-touch freight, allowing you to stay focused on the road. The typical schedule involves running three weeks out with three days at home to recharge before the next run. You will drive modern equipment, including trucks less than three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators for comfort and efficiency.
Hiring Process
There is no deadline to apply; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. To get started, travel is covered for you to fly to orientation and stay in your own hotel room. Once you arrive, you will begin the process of joining a team that prioritizes your safety and comfort from day one.
