About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the consistent miles and paychecks you need to succeed.

Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning up to $1,565 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners) and an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.

Hiring Process
