CDL-A Company Driver - OTR - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning up to $1,565 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a split pay structure ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM, with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.

We provide newer equipment, with trucks averaging only 18 months old, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals, allowing drivers to choose home time that works for their lifestyle. Drivers benefit from consistent miles and paychecks, with rates ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM based on the specific route and experience level.

Application & Hiring

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Similarly, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years, and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers with a history of drug-related convictions within the specified timeframes or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years are not eligible. SAP drivers are also ineligible for hire. Bonus payouts, including our $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and $5,000 for team drivers, are subject to qualification details which can be discussed with a recruiter.
