About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team setup, we provide the flexibility to choose home time that works for your lifestyle.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning up to $1,565 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or support you in bringing a family member or friend along. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week.
We maintain a fleet of newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and operate convenient home-base terminals to ensure consistent miles and paychecks. Our sponsorship program is also available to assist drivers in bringing teammates on board.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific safety and licensing standards, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with strict guidelines regarding accident history, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses over the past 5 to 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
