As an Operations crew member at our Sioux Falls, SD office, you will bring campaigns to life by installing and maintaining billboards for brands across the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and experience the city from heights up to 200 feet.

As an Installer, you will work alongside the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others. Your day may involve handling large vinyl advertisements, ensuring they are properly assembled to the structure, and performing maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim, and changing light bulbs. You will use power and manual tools to cut brush, conduct storm damage repairs, and maintain operation vehicles. Comfort with heights is essential, as you will frequently work on structures up to 200 feet tall.
