About the Role

HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Hybrid SharePoint Developer to support the AFIT Scientific Test & Analysis Techniques (STAT) Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will assess, develop, and maintain technical solutions designed to enhance and streamline the Product Flow Process (PFP). You will collaborate closely with the STAT CoE team, office users, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet mission requirements and function seamlessly within a government environment.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Power Platform and SharePoint professional who brings hands-on experience with government network environments. You will translate user needs into reliable, secure, and scalable applications, working within U.S. Air Force network constraints. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. While the role is primarily remote, you must be able to work on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, when needed. Preference is given to local candidates in the Dayton, Columbus, or Cincinnati areas, as no travel, commuting, or relocation support is offered.
